Dark circles can affect both man and woman. Nowadays Dark Circle is
Dark Circle is the cause of deficiency of Iron in the blood.

Now there are many reasons for Dark Circle


Most people are very stressed. he has sleep problems then they suffering
from the distribution of sleep. They think all the time
their thinking don’t get to sleep. They often wake up early in the morning.



Dehydration is the cause of deficiency of water in the body.
It is necessary to drink 10 to 12 glass of water per day.




3.Haemoglobin Levels:

Hemoglobin is a complex protein found in the red blood cells that contain
iron molecules. The main function of hemoglobin is to carry oxygen from the lungs
to the body tissues. So it is necessary the hemoglobin level is accurate.

Genetics is one of the biggest cause of dark circles. Enzymes in the body
break down these blood cells and their hemoglobin. Iron deficiency can factor in
as a cause of dark circles.



Sleeplessness is also a cause of dark circles. This is because the
lack of sleep tends to cause the blood vessels under the thin skin of
the eye to dilate.




6.Lake of proper diet:

Good Sources of iron include liver, leafy green vegetables, and healthy food.
Lack of this food and less of the fresh juices and salads cause the
dull skin or dark circles.

Long hours in front of the computer can be harmful to your eyes.
and the cause can lead to eye stress and dark circles.


8.Prolonged illness:

When recovering from a long time illness, due to illness the dark circles
could behind to appear.









9.Sun overexposure:

Overexposure to the sun can cause your body to produce an excess
of melanin, the pigments that provide your skin with color. Too much
sun can cause of the dark circle.




Smoking has many health risks and one of the causes of Smoking damages
your skin. HArmful tobacco fumes kill healthy cells in your body
and break down collagen production.




Home Remedies Remove the Dark circles

Vitamins also necessary for your skin. Vitamin B & C helps to
repair your skin and remove the dark circles.
Fruits are also removed from the dark circles, Fruits like
Orange, lemon, Kiwi, and melons have vitamin c.

1.With Tomatoes

Tomatoes are an excellent solution for removing the Dark circles and
make the skin neat and soft. Mix 1 teaspoon of tomato juice
with a teaspoon of lemon juice and apply it on your dark circle.
Let it remain for about 10 minutes and then wash it with water.
Repeat this at least 2 times a day. You can drink daily tomato juice mixed
with some lemon juice and mint leaves for removing the dark circles.


2. Eat Healthy Food

If you eat healthy food and drink healthy juices.
then your hemoglobin work accurately then your
dark circle will be removed.



3.By mint leaves

Mint has refreshing qualities. Mint used to remove the dark circles.
Just grind some leaves of mint with water,
forming a paste and apply on the dark circles.
Leave for 10 minutes wash with cold water.
Do this every night for a weak. And mix some
lemon juice in the water and drink it for removing Dark circles.


4.Rose Water

Rose water also help us to remove your dark circles.
Soak the cotton balls in rose water and place them
on the dark circles. Leave on for 15 minutes and wash with cold water




Cucumber has skin lightening properties.
they have a soothing and refreshing effect.
Mix cucumber juice with lemon juice in equal
amount and apply on the dark circles and leave
it for 15 minutes. Then wash with cold water



Potatoes have natural bleaching agents.
So potatoes also remove the dark circles.
Grande a potato and extract the juice.
apply this potatoes juice on the dark
circle and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes then
wash with cold water. Repeat one or two times per day for a few weeks.


7.Lemmon Juice

Lemmon has vitamin C and also remove the dark circle.
Mix lemon juice with water in equal amount.
Use a cotton ball soak with lemon juice and apply
on the dark circle leave it for 10 minutes
and then wash with cold water.


8. Orange juice

Orange Juice have both Vitamin B & C. It can help to remove Dark circles.
You drink Orange Juice
Mix glycerin with orange juice and apply on the dark circle.
leave it for 10 to 15 minutes and wash with cold water.



9. Drink more water

Drink 10 to 12 glass of water per day. If you drink daily
10 to 12 glass of water then your hemoglobin work accurately
then the dark circle will be removed.







10.Destroy Smoking

Smoking is very harmful to a human. Destroy the habit
of smoking then the dark circles will be removed.





11.Coconut oil

We remove dark circles from coconut oil. Coconut oil has vitamins.
and also have fatty acids that essential to the growth of healthy skin cells.
