High blood glucose from diabetes can damage your blood vessels
and the nerves that control your heart and blood vessels.

 

4.High Cholesterol levels:

Due to an increase in cholesterol increases the chance of plaque in the arteries.
When the cholesterol is increased then the plaque in blood is also increased.

A person can inherit a higher risk of heart attack.

Smoking increases the risk of cardiovascular diseases.

in your arteries.

the arteries supply the blood to the heart muscle. Arteries become
narrow with the coronary disease. then the arteries don’t allow the
blood to flow freely in the body.

 

 

9.Work Stress:

Those people who have the stressful job can face a
higher risk of heart attack.

 

 

10.Obesity:

Obesity is associated with high blood cholesterol levels,
Being overweight can putt the pressure on the heart that causes the
heart attack.

 

What can I do to prevent the risk of Heart Attack

These lifestyle changes can help to prevent a heart attack.
Eat healthy food to be your best. Add plenty of fruits and vegetables,
grains high in Omega-3. Cut down on salt,
Saturated fats, sweets, and red meat.

High blood pressure is a major problem of the heart attack.
Check your blood pressure regularly. And change your lifestyle
which controls your blood pressure.

 

2. Eat a healthy diet or food:

Try to cut down fats, food high in sodium, and added sugars.
Eat plenty of fresh fruit, vegetable, and whole grains. That food low you
hypertension and cholesterol and prevent to the heart attack.

 

3. Don’t Smoke:

Smoking raises your blood pressure and put the risk of
blood pressure. If you don’t smoke you will don’t get
the heart disease.

 

4. Manage stress:

Stress is also kind to become a heart attack. Stress raises your
blood pressure. Some common ways of stress such as smoking,
overeating, use of alcohol etc non-healthy diet. You can
manage your stress in such ways focusing on something calm,
meditating, listening to music.

5.manage diabetes:

Having your diabetes having you double risk of diabetic disease.
Over time high blood sugar from diabetes damage your blood vessels
